Thanks to a huge cock up by some idiot at BT, I've now lost my phone lines, broadband and BT Vision.
After ringing them up to complain my phoneline wasn't working. I was told that my accounts had been closed. WTF??
They looked into it further only to realise that because my payment was a day late to clear, instead of placing my account on hold until it cleared some numbnuts closed the account.
Now, I've been told that I've got to start all over again!
Which means I now get a new phone number and could wait upto two weeks before all my services are working again because they can't do any of that until I receive a final bill, pay it and then start the reorder process.
Complete utter muppets!
