Changing O2 contract to O2 simplicity, possible?
Hey all, just as the title says, I'm currently on an O2 contract, and to be honest theres no phone I want to upgrade to at the minute, looking at the Simplicity tarrif gives me a better deal than my current tarrif. Is it possible to transfer my current contract to a Simplicity one, keeping the same number, but getting the deals I see on the website (600 minutes, 1000 texts, and a bolt-on, for £20/month)

Yeah, moving to the simplicity tariff would be the most sensible option if you are sure you don't want to be tied to a new contract yet. Just don't let them try tempting you back into contract and say you will be happy on simplicity for a while.

I did just that. Rather than upgrade my phone I went simplicity (while waiting for the Innov8 on o2) finally got bored of waiting and upgraded at CPW and went back to my original tarrif with all the bolt ons etc.
