My dad has to hand in his work mobile this week, he's retiring so we need to get him a new one.

At the moment I think it's a sony ericson but can't be exactly sure.

HE wants pay as you go or something simliar.

For use - recieving incoming calls, make small amount of outgoing calls a month.

He likes to receive text but does not know how to send em. He often does read the text a few days later as well.

Poss photo abililty and blue tooth as well for the car.

HE also wants a flip phone as well. and preferably free mobile phone call to voicemail!

One ware be he will rarely have to top it up.

Get him a simple, cheap and sturdy phone that will last him ages. I wouldn't worry too much about the camera. Bluetooth is as standard on most phones.

Unfortunately candybar phones are usually cheapest but you can get a decent flip one from Virgin Mobile for example.

How about the Three £9 a month contract phone Sony Ericsson K660i.

It means you don't have to pay out for a phone upfront.
Free voicemail minutes, plus 100 minutes or texts a month.
