I joined three a good few years back - 3 or 4 years ago. I have not upgraded for the last two years. My contract renewal is in January (ie sometime this month) If I didn't cancel my contract in time - am I now tied in for another 12 months? I cannot find my original contract terms anywhere as I joined so long ago and have moved a few times since!

Ha!!!!! - I found the terms and conditions on their website! I can cancel on 30 days notice after the minimum period has expired (which it did years ago!!). no doubt they will give me a hard time and tell me I can't when I call them.

When i wanted to cancel 4 contracts they said i could and would not both trying to keep me, however i kept them as i did not want to pay the cancellation fee

Surely they ring you to discuss your contract and if you want a new phone i am sure they do with Mr D mind you he is on orange.

I thought that as soon as the contract is up that was it. It did not automatically renew.

Contacts don't renew they just keep running on and on until they get cancelled
