Has anyone been into a Vodafone shop and if so what was it like?

I find the one here in Southampton to be a pile of smelly crap!

I was in there on Monday evening, there was 1 person sat down waiting, there was about 5 other people stood behind me waiting and there were 2 other people stood at the help kiosk at the back of the store. What were Vodafone doing? Absolutely nothing!!

And to be even more of an annoyance, there were 2 assistants stood at the till desk which was in front of me and they had their back turned to the (slow building) queue and did nothing to help us, they just continued to do whatever they were doing. So i walked out...

Then on Tuesday i went in there for a different reason and stood waiting and they still continued to completely ignore the queue building up slowly instead of actually doing anything about it.

I will never go in this shop again!

the main Vodafone shop in Glasgow is very good

can be busy though, you have to pull a ticket and wait to be seen... they have a tv screen like in Argos showing when your number is coming up

i've found the service is good, at least the member of staff that i got was great

btw i must say the admin staff on the Vodafone e-forum are excellent, always worth posting there if you have a problem, they are friendly and usually quick to respond
