I was aware of Florentine and Stuart's arrival, but I had no idea Darya Nucci, who is Jeremy Edwards' partner, would be joining as a professional .

Does anybody know anything about her, eg. Achievements etc.?

It's shocking that ITV do not put biogs of the pro ice dancers on their website. Whoever manages that site should be sacked!

I agree. I know nothing about Florentine, Stuart and Darya, and I doubt we are going to find out much .

The best we can hope for is that they go on some talk shows related to DOI like This Morning etc.

Sadly, I can't see that happening. It'd be more likely for their partners to appear; Donal, Coleen and Jeremy.

Do they not come with them like they do on BBC Breakfast. Some times even on there the Pros just come in on their own

I was disapointed with Monday's reveal on "This Morning", I was expecting that they would have had the celebs with their pro Partners like they did last year....but no, just the celebs. There would be no point in the show if it wern't for the Pro Skaters making them look good!

Come on ITV, give the Pro's more acknowledgement!

I agree. Even if they weren't acknowledged at last years announcement... At least they were there, with their partner.

I agree it is very shortsighted of ITV not to make more of the professionals. They have an 'ingredient' for the show which could increase the viewers if the public take to them (or against them!). I suppose with some of them their English perhaps isnt that good, but there may be a real personality there that they should be cultivating.

She seems to be good... she could do well

I'd like to see ITV acknowledge the pros more too, and a pro dance would be great. I love Torvil and Dean but more variety would only be better.

Really our ITV show "sucks" compared to other countries..

For example Russia has had two competing shows, and they use Professionals who have won something and they and their celebs are more "pleasing to the eye"

OK, so I only know about this 'coz my Wife is Russian but I'm glad we have a hotbird dish on a Saturday night.. this might be the ONE time I WOULD watch Russian TV

I did notice yesterday when she found out she was voted out with Jeremy, she looked upset

I noticed too, and despite him getting a bad rep on the boards, she seemed to get on with him OK.

I'm really gutted she's gone, because frankly, I am so hot for her! Can't believe both her and Kristina have been voted out already! Although I would just like to make it known they aren't the reason I watch DOI, they're just a bonus!

Darya is a beautiful woman , and she truly looked upset on Sunday when her and Jemery were eliminated.

I really hope we see her next year.

Having seen both the Russian shows, I disagree. One of them (Lyednikovii Period) goes on for hours (literally) and is so-o-o dull. The judges spend more time talking than the celebs spend skating. The other show's OK - at least it has some atmosphere. I wouldn't say the women are particularly good looking, though.

The main problem with both the shows is that the celebs are just too good too quickly, which takes all the fun out of it.

And why do they show two celeb skating shows on two different channels at the same time FFS?!! My mother-in-law has to skip between the two...
