Removing sky movies with out having to call sky

Is the a way of removing sky movies with out haveing to call tham you can add movies by the interactive but you can not get the movies off by the interactive. why call sky when
you cold do it by the interactive. all the say is why you wont to remove the movies. thats why i do not wish to do it by the phone

You can send them a message via the website but they are not always quick to reply anything from 2 days to 2 weeks!

Better off just phoning.

Sky are not that bad. Just tell themyou don't bother watching them, they don't play hard to keep you.

Better off just phoning.
But the date your email is sent is treated as the start of your notice period and not the date they reply.

You don't have to give notice to downgrade you subscription as long as you have been on the package for at least 30 days.

So the longer it takes them to reply... the longer you are paying for a package you don't want. They won't credit you back for the day it takes them to action and reply to the email.

thank you to you all who have helped me as to get rid of sky
movies. today on the 10 of jan i have called sky up today and now have the movies off.

I cancelled Movies, Style & Culture & Docs the other week. I rung up Sky, told them I wanted to cancel them, they tried to offer me a deal but I refused and they cancelled them.

Simple.

The deal I think was for all 3 for 30 for 3 months but no point when I don't watch them .

It's easy, except annoying having to go through their "press 1 for this, press 2 for that".
