iPhone contract question?
Basically ive just been a complete plonker and dropped my iphone on the floor and the screen has completely shattered. Im going to replace it on the house insurance which is fine as they send through the money that it is worth to get a new one.
But the questions I have regarding the contract are: Would I have to get an iphone to replace it, or could I get a different phone? If I was allowed a different phone will it be on the same tariff, or could I change it? Cheers

You can put your SIM in any O2 phone, you don't have to get another IPhone. You are tied into the contract price and remaining time, unless you can negotiate something with O2.

Cheers for that! The whole things broken now lol, damn
![]() Hopefully o2 will be nice, but I predict "the contract is the contract for the rest of it". |
