What can I possibly say about Jason Gardiner's hatchet job on Todd Carty that won't get me banned. "You looked as though you'd crapped yourself" - surely that's a new low even for Gardiner, not to mention his score of 1.0.

At least Todd had the audience on his side and I hope he'll get another chance. But Gabriel Kent would have bumped off those who crossed him for far less.

(BTW who on earth told Todd the nearest ice rink from Barnstaple, where he was doing panto, was Bristol? It's not - far nearer was Plymouth Pavilions.)

I'm surprised he's allowed to get away with saying that before the watershed! Poor Todd.

Todd was a bit stiff, which was to be expected, but I enjoyed it nevertheless.

In fairness "crap" was allowed in Grange Hill dialogue; but Todd is just sees it as a bit of fun and it's that which the audience will like about him.

Todd is the 'john sergeant' of the series - the nasty comments like that from judges will work in his favour and get him a big public vote

I think that's what they want. Philip is already championing him for his "entertainment value".

I thought: 'like he had two tin legs, bless him' but that judge's comment was just offensive

anyway bet he improves & he's got lots of support

Unfortunately things aren't looking good. Todd's last-place total of 7.5 was significantly behind the next low scorer who had 13+.

At least Todd looked to be enjoying himself out on the ice and had fun! Who cares what Jason Gardener has to say?

A bit stiff? Thats like saying someone is a bit dead. He was horid. Unfortunately the crowd seemed to love him and it has all the making of turning into another 'John Sergeant' situation where some idiot will get a facebook campaign to keep him on the show. I'm all for giving people a chance, but if they continue to suck (which I suspect Todd will) then they should go.

He was terrible, just as I was expecting. If he's in the skate off tonight, he's gone - simple as that.

Well lets hope that if he is the the skate off that the judges do have the sense to get rid of him now.

Todd was certainly the worst of the skaters, but to be fair to him, he went out there, stayed on his feet, and smiled the whole way through.

As for Jason - I can cope with constructive criticism. But he seems overly fixated with poo tonight, and it was a most juvenile critique.

but he'll still get 1 point and the guy on 13+ will get 2 points , won't he?

Jason was totally out of order and childish. Yes, Todd didn't skate well, but he didn't deserve such a humiliating and disrespectful comment. At least he gave it a try. I'd like to see Jason do better!

Jason has been even more harsh in the past, but he seems so arrogant that he simply doesn't realise that the more insulting he is, the more the public will vote for the victim of his comments.

It was the exact same last year with Greg in fact people were asking for Jason to keep his mouth shut cos then Greg would end up going.

Todd is rubbish, let's face it - but he'll probably survive because the GBP love a loser who's utterly hopeless and gets bashed by the judges.

If you can't hack it you shouldn't do it. Simple. Hope for his sake he goes soon.

I can't remember anyone getting a 1.0 before - that was harsh even though he was terrible, at least he gave it a go

Didn't Aggie get something like a 4.5 last series? Or have I made that up?!

Anyway, Todd's definitely got the 'Aggie factor' and I fully expected him to be sticking around this week, and probably for a few more as well.
