I think we can be very sure that Todd Carty isn't leaving the show any time soon. He is exactly the kind of entrant who hangs on until the middle of the series - or beyond - leaving more talented contestants in his wake.

As long as he doesn't stay over someone who is a potential winner, I don't mind - only one person can win the show, and the public don't often let the duffers get through to the final.

I thought Todd was very brave to get out there and show people just how hard ice skating/ice dance really is to learn when you are in your 40's, are not very athletic or sporty, and don't have a great deal of dance training (if he did some at stage school it would have been many years ago and he is certainly not known for any type of dancing!

What he managed was much more like what most average people would manage in the time. He did have a great spiral position - though I'm pretty sure he'd not have managed it on his own but it was a gutsy go for someone who really was a complete beginner.

I saw him early in his training and while he was definitly struggling he was determined to do the best he could and although on that performance he really should have gone no doubt about it, I am glad he gets to have another go - though as Karen mentioned that they used up everything he could do so far in that routine I don't know what they can try next time!!

Just a shame that it meant Graeme was out as I liked him

Anyway, Todd's definitely got the 'Aggie factor' and I fully expected him to be sticking around this week, and probably for a few more as well.”

Jason was almost as offensive towards Aggie in his comments. Get on the ice when you're in your 50s and see if you can do any better, moron.
