I agree, I think just having the Boys didn't work tonight as a piece of Entertainment. Too many weak performances and not enough moments of excitement.

I hope the overall standard is higher next week.

The trouble is, I can see all the girls bar Colleen being quite competant on the ice... I can see Colleen getting a huge amount of public support - mainly because she is a great personality.

Which will probably mean we will lose a good skater - I'm thinking Melinda is going to go next week - the others are more well known/ current

Having seen them briefly on the ice and in the training clips, I don't reckon the soap girls are going to be the ones to watch - it'll be Jessica( if she sticks around) that sets the standard.

Happy to be proved wrong though!

Boo! Hiss!

Anything will be better than Colleen feeling sorry for herself because the other girls are all younger than she is

All the Loose Women annoy me

I love DOI

Last years was fabulous

I'm really looking forward to this years, i think it's going to be the most competitive yet.

It's going to be interesting to see how the girls measure up against the boys and each other.

I used to spend the whole time when I went, holding on to the edge of the barrier and too afraid to skate without holding on

Let's make a deal to never go ice skating together... much more fun to watch other people wobble on the television

In my opinion there are far too many soapstars on these type of shows and the voters are biased in their favour, so let's hope that this year the soap star vote is split and the best competitor wins.

By the way Coleen Nolan, long before she became a "Loose Women" was married to Shane Ritchie (who played Alfie Moon in Eastenders) and before that she was one of the Nolan Sisters an Irish singing group.
