I used to get cheesy chips all the time when I lived in Scotland but haven't found a chippie that does it here.

Of course I can just get a normal chip and come home and put cheese on it myself.

Sounds vile and there is a reason why you have to have been to the pub first. Sober im sure you wouldnt enjoy them.

Loads of chippies do cheesy chips - the frying squad springs to mind - and then of course there is the classic 'cheesy beano chip' !

Cheesy chips must be a northern thing.

I've never seen a chippie in London do cheesy chips.

I presume they are chips covered with melted cheese?

Ew from the chippy?

Thats wrong!

I get Chips'n;Cheese all the time from take aways but never with Chippy chips, thats just wrong!

Chinese Chips and Curry is excellent.

after a night out though combine the two, Chips Cheese and Curry sauce is amazing and I've never had a hangover the next day if I have that after alcohol.

I believe it's mushed corn. But whatever it is it tastes great especially with butter and sugar.

Some people put cheese in it like Britney Spears but I wouldn't go that far

Cosmo, get out there, get your local chippie to sell chips and cheese, give you a cut of the massive profit that will be forthcoming from this epicurean delight!

For the person that said cheesey chip and gravy - thats big too.

Diversify and enjoy
