It looks as though Humax have changed their email address for freesat box support to freesat@humax-digital.co.uk

The previous one I had didn't have the hyphen between humax and digital and was giving mailbox full errors.

As I said in the main freesat forum:

AFAIK it has always been freesat@humax-digital.co.uk - It's the same in the manual as well. Where have you ever seen a different one?

And now we've got two freesat forums, if anyone wants to post about a freesat issue that affects both Humax boxes we've to post in both.

I've had the one without the hyphen in my address book for previous emails and they've not bounced... odd.

Eh? Your post was wrong in both forums, so I thought I'd post the same correction on both of them. It's never been with a hyphen, even in the days before freesat.

Agree......I have been exchanging emails with Humax since 2003, and the address has always been hypenated.

Quite right to do so! It looks like it was wrong. But if it had been correct then it would have been a help to both forums.

Digitalspy have had a moan at me for repeating the posting but, if we've got a user base that's split across two forums, how can we avoid duplicate postings if they're about something that affects both equally?

It was in my address book and had worked in the past. Dunno why if it isn't/wasn't 'legal'.

Ho-hum.
