Kate Taking Acting Lessons etc

Well it's from the People, but it all sounds pretty plausible to me, knowing Kate as I do ....

'..... IN other news, Big Brother winner and presenter of soon-to-be-canned RI:SE, KATE LAWLER is taking acting lessons. Prompting the question: Surely she should take some presenting ones first? Still, Kate's assured friends the collapse of RI:SE is no problem, as GMTV are extremely keen on her. Oooh, now THAT sounds credible. The one thing GMTV really needs is a talentless shouty woman on the staff....'

Taken from here.

Kate is as Kate does.

However this not about her.

What will happen to Zora and all the little ones when Christmas comes and they have none.?

They all need to be provided for and The Towers have to be saved.

Plausible? Maybe.

If you know Kate as I do (I wish) then does she know you and would she approve of you? That sounds implausible.

The Kate and Iain show with Doug is fine as it is---with Kate or without Kate.In my opinion it is now the best show on evening TV.

More "friends"--she seems to have an awful lot and lots of cuddly white rabbits too.

I'm going to be quite sad when RI:SE finishes. We watch it now and again in our house. The trick is to watch the show as if you are watching Banzai (the Japanese gambling show)

How long until you get a Kate snatch shot? 7.01? 7.03? 7.04?
Place your bets......

At what time will Kate say "I've never heard of it" for the first time that day? 7.10? 7.20? 7.30? Place your bets......

How many times can Kate say "umm" in one sentance? Place your bets......Up to 9 times at last count!

How often will Ian repeat the same unfunny ad-lib? Twice? Three times? Four? Place your bets......

The only reason he needs to repeat the initially witty ad-lib sa because Kate never gets it and it has to be explained to her.....

Well she can't rely on her arse which once won her 70,000, cos I'm afraid Eammon's will outdo hers 100 fold.

Can we look forward to seeing Kate playing Hedda Gabler at the Tricycle one day then?

Or maybe Lady M.?

I'm aleady looking forward to the 2033 remake of 'Calender Girls' with Dame Katie taking Julie Walters role

Course, I'll probably be dead by then, so I'll miss it

There's only so much acting lessons can do, Swing.

And so, with the gift of hindsight, Kate,

what happened to your great career move into acting?

whatever happened to your great TV presenting career at GMTV?

Wait-a-minit, waitaminit, you mean Celebrity Wrastlin on TV? A reality TV show? You?

You will do anything to be on TV?

Next thing you will tell us, you might as well be in the Australian jungle eating witchetty grubs just to be on TV.

I wouldn't believe all you read in the tabloids if I was you.

Kate was so funny ridiculing this snippet the very next day on RI:SE.

You could very well be right.

But do you really expect Kate to say otherwise, at least until she actually manages to get one acting gig?

Billie Piper was never rumoured to be interested in acting in her Pop heydays, as far as I can recall.

Eamonn's supposed to moving on anyway.

Is Kate his replacement? A Gooner replacing a Manure supporter. Sounds good to me.

You have to laugh.
Didn't her father tell everyone that she was going into Eastenders?

Some people!

Kate and her acting.

Nadia and her singing.

Win Big brother and win the world or a big head and ego to match.

... Although, in a way, she has moved into acting. OK, it's not Shakespeare, but they do say wrestling is all an act, don't they?

TV or not TV, that is the question.
