You'll get ITVHD when its available, via the red button on ITV1. So if a programme is available on ITV1 in HD, you will get a red button prompt.

You can also get LuxeHD via non-freesat mode.

Thats it for HD at the moment.

Welcome to Digital Spy kirbo.

On freesat you get BBC HD, ITV HD (When Broadcasting). Luxe TV HD. (Non Freesat Channel)

You just missed ITV HD there, it was broadcasting from 9.00 PM

There is a menu setting to scan for Non freesat channels somewhere. Sorry i'm not an HDR user. (Someone will assist you soon)

BBC HD has it's own schedule and isn't a duplicate of BBC 1

You probably won't like to watch Luxe TV HD too long as it only shows short clips about luxurious items and destinations.

The quality on Luxe TV HD is always superb though, so it makes a great HD Demo channel if you like.

If I may interject here Snoods Luxe does show some interesting programmes on art galleries "Arts e-Motion", most are just shorts of 6-9 minutes but there was a longer one last week on the Salvador Dali gallery in Spain- Dali's art looked absolutely fantastic in HD! The art shorts occur regularly but the next long prog is on Thursday at 21.05- don't miss it!

You'll need these details to scan for Luxe in non freesat mode- the frequency is 12643 H , symbolrate 27500, and FEC 2/3.

Well it's OK to dip into jzee, but i couldn't watch it too long, and indeed some things are quite interesting, and Luxe's quality is always stunningly good, and it's only 10 Mbits

If your going looking for non-freesat channels, be aware that it screws up your Freesat schedules.

There are many threads discussing the issues. I'd advise anyone to search and read these BEFORE any non-freesat scans.

Depends entirely on what you like to view and how much cash you want to part with every month. Personally, I could only see this being worth it if you were also going for either the Sky Movies or Sky Sports subscription:-

http://www.sky.com/portal/site/skyco.../whatcaniwatch

To get a basic entertainment pack plus HD, you're looking at £26.25/month (£315/year) which would pay for the Foxsat HDR - easily if you include the price of the Sky+HD box (£99) in the first year
£31.25/month (£375/year) gets you all the entertainment channels but the HD lineup isn't gripping - though I suspect the National Geographic and Discovery channel would be good.
All movies and sports with HD would set you back £55.75/month (£669/year) and this is considerably better value than just going for one or two premium channels.
