prob a stupid question but. . .
does anyone know how long after onpening a bottle of wine u can still drink it?
i have had a bottle of white since before xmas, not in the fridge but a screw top and in a coolish shaded place.. will it be ok?? |

Try it. If it tastes a bit vinegary, then keep it and use it as a fancy vinegar! If it's a screw-top, though it should be fine.

the only way to find out is to taste it - if you can drink it without having a mouth full of vinigar, it's OK

i presume you've drunk it or dumped it by now. looking at the posting date, but should it happen again ( and such sacralege ... cant spell it , that you dont drink it in one sitting .) try mixing it with soda or tonic water, for a nice refreshing wine spritzer xx
