Cornflake Tart
Does anyone remember having this pudding at school? It's basically cornflakes dipped in syrup spread over a pastry tart base spread with jam. God it was gorgeous with custard!
![]() I find myself wanting to try it again - does anyone have a recipe for it?

I did a google search, but just wondered whether anyone had any recipes that were tried and tested. Just looked on the school recipes site, and yes it's there. I'll be trying it this weekend! ![]() Try it for yourself, if you have kids they will love it (probably!)

Lushness, I always remember a favourite pudding I had at primary school. It was syrup sponge and was moulded into silver tins the shape of a swiss roll. I used to watch the cooks slide the top half of the tin to reveal the sponge which was very moist, if not the best quality, but very delicious .
