Itunes format, mental block

i've seen an audiobook on Amazon for 9.99 which is 6 cds in total....

However, when i go onto Itunes, I can see the same Audiobook for 7.95, a saving of over 2 quid.

The only thing is the format, i assume the audiobook from itunes will be in AAC? and therefore cant be burned to cd or transferred to another pc..

so now i have the dilemma of paying 2 quid more to physically have the discs and do what i like with them, or have instant delivery of the book i want via itunes.....

Since when has AAC not been able to be burned to a cd? Even DRM protected files could be used on other machines.

Yeah stick in a blank CD and itunes will normally even prompt you to burn the files.

In fact that's what Apple told you to do if you wanted DRM tracks on anything other than an iPod - burn as a CD and re-rip.
