I wa startled by how similar Crowden's Soldeed is to the Jonathan Pryce Master in "The Curse of the Fatal Death"! Anyone know if that was the inspiration behind the ham? I know Pryce could just as easily have been channeling the worst of Ainley and most of Roberts, but having just watched Nimon, I couldn't get over the similarity!

Funny you should pick Nimon. The whole season was pretty atrocious and was the first time in my life (I've been watching since Troughton) that I actually stopped watching the programme every week. I can watch Nimon now but, frankly, it is bloody awful.

David Brierley died in 2008. Unless you mean John Leeson, but he didn't voice K9 in this season.

Brilliant story, wonderfully witty.

Wow, I remember reading that novelisation and loving the story. Then I saw it on UK Gold and it was bad...
