what is your perfect fry up? do you start with cereal or fruit salad? do you drink it with juice or tea or coffee?

mine would be:

1 large free range fried egg
3 rashers of crispy bacon
2 walls pork sausages
hash browns
mushrooms (cooked in some butter)
baked beans (piping hot with lots of black pepper)
the juice from some tinned tomatoes over my bacon (again, piping hot with black pepper)
some hp brown sauce
2 slices of toast spread with country life butter
1 slice of french toast
a mug of hazelnut coffee

of course this would be an occasional treat with that amount of butter and fat, but god i could eat it every weekend

Mine would have to consist of:

2 bacon
2 cumberland sausages
1 fried egg
small portion of scrambled egg
1 has brown
baked beans
bread and butter
ketchup to smother on it all

Mug of tea

I haven't ever actually had one exactly like that though - I don't like fried breakfast / full English all that much.

But that's what I would have!!

On the occasion I have an evening fry up at home it consists of:

2 fried eggs
2 cumberland sausages
baked beans
garlic breaded mushrooms
oven chips (big fat ones, none of these skinny fries!)

mmm hungry now!

The perfect one should include bacon and toast as well, but I'm normally full with the above

Sounds very good and even though I have a big appetite I don't think I could eat all that.

2 rashers unsmoked back - still a bit moist
1 or 2 slabs of square sausage
2 proper sausages - not walls or any cheap stuff
a couple of bits of black pudding
2 fried eggs - still very runny
baked beans
toast with proper butter, not marge or spreadable
big mug of strong tea
brown sauce (HP best)
potato scone (Warburtons is best)

they're great if you want your sausage made out of eyelids and lips (as well as other unmentionable parts). I prefer my sausages made from decent bits of meat.
