I have just got a new LG Renoir and am trying to put music on from my computer to the phone but it keeps on coming up that the phone is not connected when it is and even when you go into My Computer the device is not coming up. I have tried this on my laptop and am still having the same problem, I have installed the disc that came with it.

Has anyone else had a similar problem or know how to solve it?

Yeah i had the same problem, i simply ignored the pc suite because in my opinion it is a pile of crap! I have also read online people having problems with the suite.

What i did was:
Go to settings
Connectivity
USB connection mode
Mass Storage

Then connect the USB wire and it will now recognise the handset being connected and it will now come up on My computer aswell. You are then able to simply drag and drop your files into the sub folders you want.

That is what I had just done, was coming onto say I prefer it that way anyway. Thanks for the help
