Motorola Help needed

I have a Motorola RAZR V3 im using Vodaphone The volume has gone to silent, I can not move from web a walk in the menu and key number 9 does not work. I use the short cut to set volume but it goes straight down to silent again. I does receive incoming calls. any suggestions, (very doubtfull)

I would say that the handset needs servicing. I would contact Motorola. I am slightly puzzled why a Vodafone handset would have web'n'walk on it, though?
