Don't just cancel the Direct Debit.
That doesn't cancel your agreement with "Home Care" (or anyone else), it just puts you at risk of bad credit! Did you get the insurance via your network provider? Which network are you with? Can't you phone them up & get the number from them? When I was with T-Mobile, I had their "fonesafe" insurance, which came out of my bank as "Homecare". |

Surely it would have to be cancelled by contacting them though? Is there no contract at all?
I always thought though that cancelling anything solely via cancelling the DD was a Bad Idea?

Nope. If they don't receive your payment they cancel your cover. That's it.
