No, because as the article you linked to says, Sony Ericsson is owned by Sony and Ericsson. It's hardly suprising Sony aren't giving up their iconic playstation brand to be used on a phone and let Ericsson benefit from it for nothing.

I'm suprised they did it with the walkman and cybershot brands though. Maybe now they are looking to make them themselves they will withdraw the rights?

There is no Playstation phone because they are concerned it won't be powerful enough to keep up the Playstation quality. However, the iPhone is as powerful as a PSP so I don't know why SE couldn't put a phone and a PSP together.
