Problem porting from 3 to O2

Hi,

The port of my phone number from 3 to O2 was supposed to happen on Thursday but my O2 sim hasn't worked since then.

O2 told me that there's a problem with ports from 3 which were to take place on the 14th or 15th and 3 engineers are trying to resolve it. 3 are saying it looks like the port has gone through and my account has been disconnected.

I was able to make calls using my 3 phone yesterday but my 3 sim isn't working now and everyone is getting my O2 voice mail when they phone me.

Is anyone else having a problem?
