Phones4U Return policy?
I bought a cheap PAYG phone from Phones4U and I don't really like it.
Do they give you 28 day money back like Carphone Warehouse? |

In store they're sold as seen. They haven't done a 14 or 28 day money back cooling off period for a while, if however it develops a fault within a 28 day period they're obliged only to replace it like for like.

So it looks like I have to keep the phone or sell it second hand? It's only about two days old.

You do well to get a replacement from P4U when its faulty! Your chances of getting a refund because you don't like it is next to zero!
P4U and customer service do not go together! |
