Anyone heard this album yet? Its fantastic, and it has got some excellent reviews from the most unlikely sources, a metal-head call Vik Bansal springs to mind who said even though all his mates were gonna take the pee out of him for it, he was going to admit that he liked the album and liked Mark!!

Its a shame it got such a bad chart position but I believe it has the potential to be a grower....one listen and you will be hooked I guarantee.

It just annoys me when the likes of Blazin Squad, Holly Valance sheet, and Atomic S**tten can get top ten....may i suggest that for Mark's next video, he is semi naked, with water running all over his body and with a dozen scantily clad girls writhing all over him....sad but true...

The problem is people are negative towards MARK oWEN, not his music. Sure a good album is useful, but a fan base is needed to sustain that.

Sadly, with that chart position, his comeback is probably over already. Doubt there will be any more singles.

I think the album was very weak. I regret buying it. He's had some very bad advice.

Actually his 3rd single is planned for the end of January. You've not seen the last of him!

How can you say it was a weak album, its fantastic!

He made an impact with 4 minute warning. It was a month in the top 10. But the follow up was comparatively awful.

There's nothing on the album that will do better. It just shows how limited his range is. Green Man was more varied. Even if he released The Day After Tomorrow from Take That it would have been better.

Unless he finds something else, his comeback is over and he'll be dropped.

He just doesn't really suit the current music industry, he is doing something similar to other artists and needs to lose the manufactured tag to carry on.

I think its exactly because hes NOT like other artists that he isnt getting the recognition he deserves....hes not R n B influenced, he's getting a bit too old now to be considered a 'heart throb' (even though i still think hes gorgeous), and hes not middle of the road enough for your mums to like him. Maybe he should join Blazin' Squad, innit....

Disagree with Smart Prince who says the album isnt varied...are we listening to the same album???

Hmm bad marketing doesn't help either. But I'm glad Mark doesn't "suit the current music industry" else he'd be doing awful cover versions. I'm pleased he's writing his own songs and I'd much rather listen to new stuff than the usual churned out rubbish.

It's also a shame that the media don't get behind British songwriters, preferring to slag them off. So what are we left with? Rap and R n B from America. Which I don't like.

I hope Mark releases more singles as I think there are better songs on that album than the 2nd one - which wasn't strong enough - poor choice by someone.

He could find his niche in the market - and not be aimed at teenagers - his fans are grown up now with their own kids, so if he's happy to keep working away, I'm happy to go and watch and buy his records.

Yes I agree.

I mean, look at whats Number One at the moment - Westlife and Mandy???

If teenage girls didnt exsist, there is NO WAY that would be Number 1. The charts arent about the music anymore. Its just a popularity contest!
