I can never do anything useful on their bloody website anyway. Always end up with an error message and have to ring them up!

I agree, yes, to start with I assumed that it was the usual problem with the website - it sets a cookie which causes problems with the website.

789 - useless these days! No answers from the team and they leave you on hold for ages.

It's a shame as I had no trouble at all with virgin mobile before the days of virgin media; things seemed to go wrong for them when virgin media started.

Now it's just showing "Internet Explorer Cannot Display This Page", wonder what's up?

I haven't had a signal since late last night, so just went to check the website to find that's down as well. Anyone else not receiving coverage either?

looks like a series of technical problems. the website now allows you to enter an email address and they'll contact you when everything is back up and running.

Service has been restored. Just successfully used it.

The email I got telling me the service was back was timed at 06:04 this morning.

I was in my local Virgin Mobile store yesterday and the girl that served me said there was a big system failure. She had to phone head office to process my contract.
