If it makes you happy to think the newspaper reports were untrue then good luck to you. But I must just point out that no other BB contestant - male or female - has had this sort of stuff published about them and, in her case, its been presented as actual interviews on a number of occasions. She has often denied them later when its become clear that they haven't done her much good, but the question then is do we believe her or not. You clearly do, but I can't overlook the fact that there are loads of examples of Kate's tendency to be economic with the truth, both inside and outside of the BB house.


Kate can shag every bloke who'll have her for all I care I just don't like people who use their sexuality to get publicity. Its unusual in girls (there's only Jordan, Kate and a few others that do it) and even in blokes (Lee and Duncan from Blue are prime examples). But its an unattractive quality in either sex in my opinion.

i am the confused one -Kate has been consistent inside the house and since leaving it 16 months ago-quite consistent.

Spencer –My read on that was that in the house and out she seemed quite hot for it but he was very very cool. (Eviction also got in the way).

All I can remember being said at the time was that Alex and Jade were more popular with the magazines, public and TV people. It stands to reason that C4 and Endermol will make sure no matter how crap the BB winner is at presenting or radio that they would secure them a job for a while as C4/Endemol benefits too from this too publicitywise. :yawn:

Somebody introduced a concept of F1 type tear-offs recently. I can confirm that they work very well.

I tend to exaggerate when feeling mischievous but some people did say that quite strongly in other forums (before my DS days), it was meant as a general remark that's all. I argued back then, that she'd get at least a year of it, so feeling quite pleased with myself.

Yes indeed. You dislike Kate so much that you even criticise her for being upset about broken sunglasses, totally discounting the fact that she'd been on the poor side for a couple of weeks and would be understandably stressed, as well as being on her period that week if I recall correctly.

I didn't like any of the BB3 housemates but I would venture that Kate won because she was quite pretty and more consistent, accessible and unambiguous than Alex, Jonny and Jade.

She may have her faults, but to me, she was one of the less overly offensive of an appalling bunch of housemates - and she has emerged as quite the media player even if she ultimately is something of a mediocrity.
