Hi there, I reformated my 6300, I think thats the term, and that was a month ago and I still only get a 7 day EPG and have lost series link which I found very useful.
How do I go about fixing this?

Presume it is DTi6300...and have you tried menu>setup>scan for channels, which is recommended after a plain format and reloads TUTV software? (Otherwise I think 'Restore Factory Defaults' includes channel scan)

With any luck it will pick up the 14 day epg next day, best in standby and not recording, at 11.30 - 12ish, but 'can take 2 days'

After getting it the 14 day epg takes a while to populate

I would also try the Purge VoD option if the above doesn't help
