Poor Signal Quality

Has anyone else been experiencing poor signal quality on Channels 302/303, True Movies and True Movies 2 over the past few evenings, one of the movies I wanted to record but the picture was unwatchable, so I cancelled the recording. I checked the Signal strength and it was about 95% but the quality was zero, I haven't had any problems with any other channel. This is a new installation in the past week, with a 45cm Elliptical mesh dish and Quad LNB, all other channels appear to be 100% for signal strength and quality, On one of the occasions it was raining, but not torrential and even so all other channels were still 100%.
Can't see that there have been any problems reported by anyone else. Is it just me, should I get my newly set up dish re-checked, I wouldn't expect to get a problem in the midlands with a 45cm Elliptical mesh dish during normal rain, or should I consider a 60cm Solid dish?

Thanks for your reply, the thread so far back I missed that, insteresting, I somehow thought others would be having problems, some say that they have done self installs, mine was professional install. Have spoken to the installer and he suggested I try swapping the lnb feeds between the tuners at the HDR end and that cured the probem, so he thinks that it is a faulty Quad LNB and is going to replace. I personally think it is the skew he put on the lnb which means that one is seeing all signals and the other is missing some channels, funny how the Humax HDR couldn't recognize the missing channels on the other tuner though, must just be the way the box is set up. I have to say generally I am pleased with the quality and features even if somewhat different to what I am used to on previous HDR Freeview box. Thanks
