iphone mail question

When I go into Mail in my iphone, I get Inbox, Sent, Trash. Then I get a folder with my emails in it. All Mail, Drafts, Sent Mail etc.

However, this folder is called Gmail, but my mail is Sky mail. How do I change this label?

When I set up the mail on the first day, I accidently hit the Gmail icon. But I have deleted all accounts atried again but Gmail keeps appearing in the Folder name.

Probably the quickest way is to delete and recreate the account.
