I've just had one of the new skinny cow chocolate/vanilla ice cream sandwiches..they are delicious and only 100 calories for any dieters out there! I just need to watch I don't eat the entire box now...

Sounds yummy, might have to give them a try. I tried the Skinny Cow choc ice cream a while ago but managed to eat it too quickly so didn't dare risk buying it again!

I always have a supply of Cadbury Highlights hot choc sachets available for when I need something sweet.

If I'm dieting (successfully mind!) a square or two of Green and Black's chocolate satisfies me.

I didn't know you could still get them! I'll have to seek one out next time I'm home, I used to love them!

Sugar free jelly is always good to have - might have to go and make some now actually!

Options hot chocolate drink is good also i keep meringues in the cupboard as they give you a good sweet hit and are fab with strawberries on top.

I love Options Hot-Chocolate drinks (the mint one is my favourite but there are loads of other flavours)... great for curbing chocolate cravings, and only 40 calories per mug
