Hi can someone please help me?
I just purchased 2 items from I store the tranaction went thorugh ok so I've been charged.

However in the middle of the download my Computer froze.

Does this mean I will have lost what I have purchased?
Or is there something I can do?

Any help much appricated.

Usually if you're in the middle of a download and iTunes crashes, you can resume the download just by going to the download section again.

What was it you purchased? If it was an app for a touch, you can redownload by "purchasing" it again (iTunes doesn't charge you twice)... if it's music or video then you need to get in touch with iTunes support.

Yes it was video, can't see anything on my list anymore, I'll have to find the support as you suggested.

so maybe they havn't charged me?

Go to store in the menu bar and select check for available downloads.

They send out their confirmation emails quite late...give it a day or so!
