Where can you get one from? I saw one in Argos for £9.97 but that was with the protective screen as well.

I was hoping I could get only the pen for less? And would it work if the touch had the protective screen?

Thanks for any replies..

My son got me two for the princely sum of £1.99 from flea-bay. They work really well....much better than trying to use my fingers on the tiny tiny onscreen keyboard!

Just looked and there's this:

along with many others.

Why would you want a stylus for the iPod Touch when its touchscreen is so easy to use and responsive to the touch of a finger tip? I think the fact it doesn't come supplied with one suggests there is no need and that Apple know most people wouldn't use a stylus. I mean its hardly practical when your out and about.

As suggested by my post above, ....because it's damned fiddly to use the onscreen keyboard and far too easy to repeatedly hit the wrong letter key . Some of us don't have dainty fingertips, you know.

Of course, normal use for most of the other touch apps doesn't require such precision.

OK?

I don't find it hard to use the on screen keyboard myself. I also like how it predicts words as you type which most of the time is very handy.

To answer your question - I like the touch screen and find it quite easy to use but it is annoying when your wearing gloves and have to remove them every single time (especially when sometimes I have to take the bus to work) to change a song... thats why I wanted to see if a stylus was available...

Update, mine arrived today (from this eBay link) and they work really badly with a screen protector fitted.

I don't intend to remove my screen protector so it is a bit useless (for me anyway).

I bought 2 of those pens about a week ago. They are rubbish!!! I don't have a screen protector either but you have to press really hard to get it to work. Waste of money!
