I'm going to guess Norman meant "Kicked in the arse". Some people seem to think he meant B@**s, but it doesn't really make sense that way.

Aside from all that, I think Norman is alright. He won't make it past Hollywood though.

I liked 'warm and gentle' (?) Norman Gentle. That's his persona, his real name is Nick Mitchell.

He should be on the panel as Simon's replacement.
