Yes and recovered beautifully and modestly!

But as they say in skating - "If you ain't falling you ain't learning" - so expect much more from the lovely Donal next week!

Anyway he did '3-jumps' in his perfomance so at least he was giving it his all.

I liked Michael, think he is sweet. Although his elimination didn't really upset me as I don't think he had much chance of winning based on his skating and dancing.

Isn't the other quote "If you are falling, you ain't skating" though

Yes - once on the live show in the tunnel (but still in the routine as the music was still going) which was accidental and once on purpose to do his 'swimming'.

I don't like to think how many times he must have fallen in rehearsals - but maybe not that much since he isn't trying much stuff.

Still the worst falls generally happen when you are standing still so he is in danger due to the low speeds achieved
