Are you still aiming to take a punt at hacking the firmware then stiggle ?

As someone said above good chance that the ftp and http code is on there and just needs to be enabled.

EDIT: http would be fantastic if it could be enabled, could allow transfer off the box and all sorts of things (like setting recordings) with really small CGI script.
