How does the signal get from my dish to my freesat tuner in my tv.

In the same way it gets from your dish to your SKY+.

However if you only have two LNB feeds and are using both for SKY+ then you will need to add a third LNB feed using one of the spare outputs on the Quad LNB on the dish.

Sadly i am using all four feeds, however i have a feed from my multi sat dish that i could use, it is on a switch on my multi sat system, so when i am not using it upstairs i could simply switch it over.

you could buy an octo LNB with 8 feeds
