Hi all,

I just wanted to see if it was possible if we could establish a best song ever on DS! To start with I was going to ask everyone to add their:

Favourite Top 15 Songs Ever

to this thread. Everyone has until next Saturday the 14th of February to add their Top 15 to the thread (I will be on hols for the week so keep bumping please!)

And after everyone has added I will do up a list of the most popular 15 - I think it would be interesting to see!

I don't want to do it because I'll only get annoyed when the top 15 features Run by Leona Lewis and The Promise by Girls Aloud

This is going to be a nigh-on impossible list to compile. You're going to have hundreds of songs to sift through. For what it's worth I'll have a stab at it:

Radiohead - Street Spirit
Sisters of Mercy - Body Electric
The Cure - Charlotte Sometimes
Joy Division - Day of the Lords
The Smiths - How Soon Is Now?
Manic Street Preachers - Of Walking Abortion
Cocteau Twins - Pearly Dewdrops Drops
David Bowie - Wild Is the Wind
Ultravox! - I Want To Be a Machine
My Bloody Valentine - You Made Me Realise
The Pixies - Where Is My Mind?
Catherine Wheel - Flower To Hide
The Jesus and Mary Chain - Upside Down
Orchestral Manoeuvres in the Dark - Of All the Things We've Made
Pink Floyd - Echoes

I'll probably think of another 15 tomorrow and another 15 after that...I probably have over 200 absolute favourites, but that's enough to be going on with for now
