LCN306 Channel Zero is now live on Mux D. Null packets are 130kbps.
The old version on Mux C has been removed completely. |

No equipment here that can access channel zero so I could not post about it myself. The only thing I could see was the placeholder. Its looks like they are trying to scrape every scrap they can can out of MUX D ![]() I was looking at Russia today on MUX D a few days ago and it was blocky picture then. I wonder why they are moving these 2 items from MUX C when clearly they managed to get the 8th stream in while these where still there. |

They can always remove the red button stream of 47kbps from 4Music if they get desperate. Also I think LCN716 Q will close shortly as it has done on DAB and satellite. Both of those would release about 200kbps on Mux D. So the question is will CNN be timesharing with Gems TV? |

edit: Sorry, didn't realise I was posting in the Changelog. Please can people post in the discussion threads if they are just chatting about changes, otherwise we get replies and they escalate out of control, making the changelog aspect useless
I have moved my reply to the GemsTV thread - http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/s...1#post48508388 |

Fiver rebrand to 5* so far has happened on screen.
No sign of any change to the MUX yet to issue the rename to LCN 30. |

Forgot to mention the other day the off air MEHG graphics for LCN 30 and LCN 31 have been updated they are very basic and do not mention the hours of broadcast. In fact all they do show is a 5* and 5USA logo on there respective channels.

Along with Blue Kiss.
As it has more then one item on there I say the thing with the most hours then stream so people are aware what stream it was on. I was referring to the whole stream. Not select timeshares. |

Always a good practice to link to relevant threads to avoid this thread going off topic. Incidentally the ch 93 issue deserves being logged here if it hasn't been so already, without being dismissed by a "we know" remark.
At the moment though nothing has changed other then the off air MHEG. The stream is still the same at the minute and the service label. So is a change of off air MHEG really a significant enough change for the changelog? IMO No. |

We digress and return to logging changes, which may include MHEG changes and these changes may be freely reported by members without being made inferior in the spirit of DS Community Guidelines. |

Which is blantantly hypocritical, bearing in mind the author of posts #687 and #701 of this very thread.
We digress and return to logging changes, which may include MHEG changes and these changes may be reported by members other than Daniel2015: But what was crystal clear is members here did not consider off air MHEG changes significant enough to report in the change log. So its not as you describe. You just don't have your facts straight. |
