Racing UK has started broadcasting on Freeview HD
The appearance of the Racing UK MHEG channel on 116 was already reported 7 posts above tomee's post in Ray Cathode's post #964.

To save a516 the bother - I remind you this is a special pinned changelog thread for changes which have been (NB past tense) observed to have happened to the Freeview muxes. It isn't a discussion thread - which is why we try to link to discussion topics to steer any discussions away from this thread.

In this case, the discussion thread for 116 / Racing UK is at http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1624309 - as Ray Cathode already pointed out.

This thread is for changes only and yet again non-changes are being spammed by tomee.

Repeat only post here when changes to the Freeview platform have ACTUALLY OCCURRED, not a press release about some future event.

QVC Beauty moved from LCN 48 to LCN 35.
Big Deal removed from Com 5 (post-DSO only)
Source: DMOL

Haven't checked yet to see if these changes are 'live'.

Discussion: http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showt...php?p=57329708 (and there are other more appropriate threads to discuss this in too)

LCN48 is showing the usual caption but with "back at 8am on channel 35" "Please refresh your Freeview channel line-up if required"

On retuning Mux D, there is a new style QVC Beauty caption at LCN35 and LCN48 has had its LCN removed and has moved to 800.

The off-air MHEG screens for CBBC and CBeebies have changed today. The previous red screens with a list of all of the BBC channel numbers have been replaced by screens with the channel logo at the top and a black background for CBBC, light blue for CBeebies, with text advising the viewer that programmes from the channels can be watched on BBC iPlayer.

I would not be surprised if the BBC Three and BBC Four off-air screens changed tomorrow (assuming they didn't today).

A hidden placeholder (ie no LCN) has appeared on Mux C in London. It might be connected with the expected LCN change today.

The changes have occurred as expected (apart from Channel M closing down).

The old LCN92-98 are now LCN91-97
LCN99 moved to LCN100
LCN98 is now Babestn2
LCN99 is now Playboy
LCN193 & 194 carry retuning messages
LCN189 & 199 have been removed

LCN200 has closed down and not migrated to LCN75.

The hidden service on Mux C was the new LCN98 Babestn2 placeholder, SDN did not do the same with their Playboy placeholder.

LCN193 ADULT Babestn2 has been re labelled 193.
LCN194 ADULT Playboy has been re labelled 194.

The captions remain unchanged but now with "innocent" names.
