I look forward to Bette Midler's performance tonight. I really hope she performs "Wind Beneath My Wings".

I like Bette, I have her recent cd. She is a great artist.

Shame. However, I am still looking forward to her performance.

Me too. Her performance on Strictly Come Dancing was beautiful.

Bette Midler is a fabulous singer and entertainer, we are all very lucky to have the oppertunity to see her on Dancing On Ice this Evening.

No one does Wind Beneath my Wings like Bette Midler. Still From a Distance is my second favourite. I have loved her for years. Great singer and actress.

...... and was that recorded earlier? She seemed to be performing in the place where the judges usually sit. Either that or a quick set change.

Bette's performance was beautiful, and Jayne and Chris were wonderful to watch.

I prefer Bette when she's being funny. WBMW is far too mawkish for me.

I love Bette and From a Distance is my favourite song of hers. I know a lot of you like WBMW but I can't understand why - I've always thought the lyrics were incredibly patronising. If someone said "It must have been cold there in my shadow" to me I'd smack them one! Sorry
