If anyone ever gets a chance to watch Bette on Parkinson from years ago you'd see just how funny (and rude for the time!) she can be! Soph and Ernie are such classic characters!

I saw that Buddy and it was hillarious. I think perhaps the older ones on this forum can appreciate how talented Bette is. I think alot of the negative comments are from people who are judging her on that one performance and you can't do that. You need to have seen her films and previous performances to appreciate what a legend she is.

I wonder if another Artist will perform later in the series?

I sometimes think that if people don't think the star is new or in the charts at the moment, then they just think ITV are scraping the bottom of the barrel, so to speak. But I would've thought to get Bette is expensive, because she is so famous. She looked fab and I think she sung really well.

Dancing on Ice - unless he counts tonight as 'next week'!

Personally I think the song he is performing is PERFECT for ice skating, it's so very beautiful and I'm sure Torvill and Dean will put together a beautiful performance. Looking forward to it
