Hi,
My brother in law has a Samsung LCD TV and is having a problem with it where he is getting a blue screen with sound but no picture, just a blue screen.
He has removed all scart leads and re conected, unplugged the tv and all have not made any difference.
The TV is 13 months old. Please can anyone help with any advice or ideas?

whats the scarts connected to?

sky box and dvd player and he know the sky boxs works because he has it on magic eye in anther room
and when he presses the menu on the tv still blue screen

Has he checked and turned off the Blue Screen option in the menu?

It's a special mode for checking something or other.
