orange issue

My sister joined orange PAYG, and apparantly they are supposed to text the mobile number and a 4 digit code.

its been 3 days, and they still haven't text her yet.

How long should we wait before contacting them ?

I am guessing that you got your handset from CPW or Phones4U

the 4 digit number u need is the last 4 numbers of her number.u can change it if u want but thats the number they would of sent you.but with all the problemsive had with orange if shes got sence she should go to another network
