And certainly today`s outfit, the very very close-fitting purple number with the zipped black midriff thing made her look incredibly busty. But as this is still just about a family board I`d better stop there.
Rachel looked amazing in that dress.

But I'm sure she had it on back to front!

Anyone else find this David annoying with his photographic memory of the dictionary and obscure words.?
Rachel looking very prim and proper today.

Prefer Rachel when she chooses a more tartier look.

As for the inbred kid I wish Burt Reynolds would turn up with his bow and put him out of the show.

I prefer John to Paul Zenon who is on next week. Beauty of being able to record it so I can skip him. Brandreth wasn't as bad as I was fearing last week. Would be happy to have him back again.

DC guests from next week:

Paul Zenon
Dave Spikey
Alistair McGowan (week of Grand Final for Series)
Dave Myers (glasses wearer from Hairy Bikers)
Martin Lewis

In January up to March there will be a 30th Birthday Championship featuring 41 past contestants. Looking forward to it, although I did notice that there are only 5 former female contestants taking part, would have liked to see more former female contestants taking part.

Inbred? That's a really nasty thing to say about someone you don't know or has done you wrong.

I don't like watching with that nerdy kid on, I hope someone beats him or we will have to watch him again in the finals.

Stunning isn`t quite the word I would have used to describe her attire which looks ratehr like she`s wrapped herself in a velour sofa-cover....

Ah, but the stuffing is divine....

Which, incidentally, is just how I imagine.......

well, if you use your imagination fully, you should see her completely naked.

Well done to girl nerd beating boy nerd today in a fantastic contest. She's in tomorrow's final now.

Poor love looked close to fainting when she got the conundrum to win.

Yes I got that. Surprised neither of them did. Was going to post yesterday can't see the no. 2 seed being beaten. Glad I didn't.

Indeed, they were trying to be too clever when actually it was a lot more simple, IMO.

Why would you?

Women don't seem to be very good at Countdown. Even having 5 is overrepresentation based on recent performances.

Heather seems very demure and polite, as was the rather pleasant Irish girl yesterday. I was glad to see the back of that stroppy Canadian girl who kept saying "I'll GET a consonant!." Surely, somebody must have corrected her on that point since the heats?

That's how they talk across the pond.

I find it amusing when a waitress asks what you need, rather than what you would like.

I need a triple burger with large fries and a large chocolate milkshake.

No, you don't NEED it, you just want it, you fat oaf.

I know - she seems such a delicate little thing, she could hardly catch her breath - I thought she was about to have a full on panic attack. I was really routing for the lovely Rose the other day, but hopefully they gave Heather some smelling salts and she'll be there today. Looks like a good one. When did we last have a girlie win?

1998, oddly enough there's never been an all female final.
