02 Pay Monthly question
My girlfriend has recently decided to go on an 02 contract.
She had a payg simcard with 02 but decided she wanted the number transferred which was successful earlier this evening Im currently with 02 payg and using the 02 numbers bolt on and her payg number was on my list, however when I go to ring her now it says the number is no longer on 02 and I am being charged normal rate. Is it simply a case of waiting for the system to recognise the changeover or will I no longer be able to ring her for free? Please help.

I did the same as your GF and it went through without a hitch - it went offline for about an hour, I think. It sounds like something's gone wrong. The o2 help people are really.........well, helpful - why not get her to call them? (The contract help people are better than the payandgo people, I've found.)

Thanks for the reply.
I'm not sure if she has rang them up this morning but the problem has been resolved as I get the "free call" notification once again. All seems to be back to normal.
