When using the NON FREESAT channels can anyone advise why if you put the humax in stand by from the non freesat section when you power up again and then go back to FREESAT all your Favourite list has gone This happens everytime you switch over to NON FREESAT any idea why?

I'm guessing it's because the entire channel list is wiped and re-created whenever you switch between FreeSat and Non-FreeSat...?

The list is not re-created it is gone and you have to put it back manually everytime.This does not happen if you put into stand by from FREESAT
