Oooooh Helen is dumped
Bond-Girl
13-07-2001
Does anyone know if they'll tell Helen in the house that Big G. 'doesn't think they should go out any more' ?
It'd be cruel: - good TV, - but very cruel if they told her if & when when she's evicted... Does that qualify on the clause about important family news?
Kind of devastating to be dumped on national TV..... besides, if they tell her in the house, then it'll give her an excuse to get it together with Paul.
Just a thought. Can anyone set me straight?
Cheers.

They're allowed no contact with or news from the outside world. I'm sure if there was a family tragedy then the relevant housemate would be told but I doubt if the producers will consider Big G dumping Helen to be the case.

On the one hand she might spend the next (possible) two weeks holding back thinking Big G is watching and waiting for her. On the other hand if she's told he doesn't want her anymore then that could definitely lead to further antics with Paul. However I don't think either of them will get carried away enough to go all the way. Not sure I would want to see that anyway. Last year I felt proud that the UK BB housemates hadn't had sex, as had most of the other countries.

Feel sorry for Helen for being dumped by Big G but she herself said before the show that it was an on-off relationship and it must be difficult for any relationship to survive when one person in it is being scrutinised 24 hours a day for weeks on end. You need a really strong relationship for that.

I am sure helen will be really upset about Big G!
But it really is no less than she has asked for. She really has gone over the top with Paul, and even with an on off realationship, it still implies that they were in fact a couple.
Of course you can not control who you fancy and they obviously do feel something for each other, but she and Paul should really not go any further. I really hope that they can both see what BB are doing in trying to heat things up before they both get even more involved.
But think of the ratings.......................
Poor big G

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Helen and Paul were the two who got nominated next anyway - thus splitting up the happy couple. Elizabeth voted for them both last week, Dean is likely to vote for at least one of them, Brian doesn't like Paul..... So Paul is likely to get at least three votes. Helen is also likely to get at least two

But if Paul & Helen both vote for Dean & Liz, they will also have 2 votes. Just have to wait and see.
